Trainer Vacancy

We are a new training company which started over 2 years ago and are now expanding and looking for new Tutors with passion, dedication and subject knowledge of Alcohol or Drugs for the Drink Driving Rehabilitation Programme. This opportunity is working from home via the zoom platform and may be at times at venues (in the future). You must be able to facilitate group base learning.

This will be a self-employed status, covering a 3 day course over a 3 week period (1 day per week).

Times of work: 8.45 until 15.45 and administration of paperwork. Must be available to work Saturdays and midweek, include delivery of a trial run for 15 mins prior to training day @7pm

Appropriate knowledge and skills to deliver high quality training. Applicants must have experience in teaching adults and can show expertise in this field. You may have experience in behavioural change programmes ie: Nursing/Social Care/Criminal Justice/Youth Work or Probation. You may have experience in the education of drugs/alcohol or counselling.

We require you to promote a positive learning environment, which promotes participation and engagement of all the attendees, and transfer of knowledge.

Qualifications:



Further and Adult Education Teachers Certificate  Ed/PGCE/B Ed/M Ed

PTLLS/CTLLS/DTLLS

NVQ level 3 in Training & Development

NVQ level 4 in Training & Development

CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Learning and Development/Training Practice Certification

Ascentis Level 3 Certificate in Understanding Substance Misuse

Edexcel BTEC Award and Certificate in Understanding Substance Misuse

Edexcel BTEC Award and Certificate in Working with Substance Misuse at levels 3 & 4

City & Guilds Award and Certificate in Working with Substance Misuse at levels 3 & 4.

City and Guilds Community Justice Award in Drug & Alcohol Services

OU/FDAP Level Three Diploma in Health and Social Care (Alcohol and Substance Misuse Specialism)

Training:

We will provide in house training on subject matter and shadowing of one course (50% rate whilst training Payable upon 6 months working with ACE Driver Safety Ltd)

 Training Manual will be provided any further courses you wish to observe will not be chargeable.

 Extra tuition will be supplied for the use of zoom platform.

Once confident, trainer will deliver their own course with Trainer representative present (who will provide ongoing support).



You will be required to provide your own personal liability insurance.


We will also require your permissions to carry out a DBS check.


 You must also have the right to work in the UK.
