Booking Procedure:
Once the court has referred you to us, we will then contact you via email or telephone to supply you with a welcome letter which includes instructions on how to book the course. If you have not heard from us within 14 days from your court case, please contact us to arrange the booking. You may use the website to request a place on a suitable course and date. Upon your request we shall confirm availability within 5 working days and send you a payment request to complete your booking. Once the payment has been cleared, we will send you a Course Booking Confirmation Letter detailing the venue address or Zoom links and times of the course.
Please note: You will have a date that you must complete the course by, as set out by the court. This cannot be amended whatsoever, it is guided by legislation so we therefore kindly request that you book onto the course as early as possible. This will ensure you have your selected venue and appropriate date for your convenience. If you leave this later in the process of your ban, you may be restricted on the locations of the courses and the dates available before your court completion date. It is imperative that you attend all 3 full day course sessions in sequence prior to the court completion date to receive your reduction. The cost of the course is £155.00 for online via the zoom platform. Venue course bookings incur a £35.00 surcharge.
INSTALMENTS:
If you have difficulties paying for the course in a lump sum then you do have the option of paying for the course in 3 instalments. To book your course and to guarantee your place you can secure with a £20.00 deposit and then 2 further instalments of £77.50. Please note: Paying by instalments has an extra administration charge of £20.00. If you would like to book in using the instalment plan please contact the office who can assist in the process. You may also send a message on the booking form that you would like instalment plan.
Please note: if you have booked a course at a venue then you will incur a £35.00 extra charge so if you are paying in instalments this will be altered to: £20.00 deposit and 2 further instalments of £85.00.
CONCESSIONARY RATE:
There is an early bird offer of £90.00 (Mondays-Fridays courses) or £125 (Saturday courses) if booked within 30 days of your court date. You will be required to email proof of unemployment benefit (Universal Credit only) or being in full time education.
Please note: Venue courses : Incur a £35.00 surcharge on all concession and early bird prices.

EARLY BIRD PRICE: For all other clients the course costs £145.00: This offer can only be given if booked within 30 days of your court date, after which time the cost reverts to £155.00.

TO BOOK YOUR COURSE:
Take note of the course number and complete the 'book now' link.
This will be forwarded to the office where we will check availability of the course and send you an offer email with an invoice from 'Quickbooks' to pay for the course. Please view the pdf of the invoice which is attached to the email, and pay by bank transfer - our sort code and account number is stated on the invoice. Please ensure you quote the invoice number in the payment transfer (beginning with ONL).

Full online course via Zoom platform over the 3 weeks. Times start at 9:30 (Registration at 9:00) until 15:30. We also invite you to a trial run on the zoom platform to show how to use the platform a few days prior to the zoom course. This is usually in the evening for approximately 10 minutes.
